KUTIC IDEAthon, A fight against COVID-19

As the entire world is taking all necessary steps to ensure that we are prepared to meet the challenge and danger presented by the growing COVID 19 pandemic – The Corona virus. Kurukshetra University Technology Incubation Centre (KUTIC) took initiative and launched KUTIC[1]IDEAthon programme on March 30th 2020 to encourage and involve the Kurukshetra University community to take part in the fight against COVID 19 by calling proposals to develop low cost sanitizers, low cost ventilators, masks, immunomadulators and AI-based apps. A total of 20 teams participated in KUTIC IDEAthon and 12 teams out 20 has been shortlisted for the final evaluation (in person presentation), which will be held in the month of August tentatively after 15th August, 2020/ whenever students will be allowed to come to the university. |
